Part I – Tactile guiding path

Seven years and two months – this is the time, which European Union’s regulations have been in force for. However, there are still some ambiguous terms. In order to set it out, I will begin by translation issue, try to define used terms and explain their meanings. Where doubts concerns original texts, I will compare bequests of linked documents and try to draw the conclusion, which allows to offer upholding the excerpt of the old, already unbound TSI PRM, which is: “If a tactile path is installed it shall comply with National Rules and shall be provided along the full length of the obstacle-free route(s).”, because in the version applied on January 1, 2015, at first sight, there is not defined, if tactile guiding paths should be provided along the full length of the obstacle-free route(s), or not.
